Shipping Policy

Every LHV piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, production begins after checkout rather than being pulled from a warehouse shelf. This allows us to create each piece intentionally and helps reduce unnecessary waste.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days of purchase.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Times (U.S. Only)

Once fulfilled, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days via USPS.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product type, fulfillment location, or availability. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each package.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, LHV ships only within the United States. We do not currently accept or fulfill international orders.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or because it was unclaimed by the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
